Simple traffic counts

We count page views and clicks to understand which parts of EpilepsyRx are useful. Records contain the day, the page, and a link destination or general action such as opening a comparison. External link counts use the destination domain only.

This tracking does not use advertising cookies, visitor profiles, or persistent visitor identifiers. It does not store search terms, full referring URLs, form entries, or IP addresses in analytics. Counts are approximate and are not counts of unique people. Activity records are retained for up to 90 days, with expired records removed as new activity arrives.

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the tracking script does not record your activity. Hosting providers may process ordinary connection information to serve and protect the website.

Private comments

Comments and optional contact details are saved privately and emailed to usercomments@epilepsyrx.com, which forwards to the administrator’s inbox. Resend processes email delivery. Comments are visible only to the site administrator and are not public.

Please do not send patient-identifying information or private medical details. A temporary, daily-changing code derived from the network address is used only to limit comment spam; the raw address is not stored in the comments database. Expired spam-limit records are removed as submissions arrive.
